About the Role:
As a Mental Health Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in empowering individuals on their journey to recovery and independence. You'll provide person-centred support, promote well-being, and help service users achieve their goals in a safe and nurturing environment.
We have opportunities including full time up to 35hrs per week but are prepared to consider part time with hours negotiable. These posts (hourly rate £12.60) include weekend work on a rotational basis and some evening work. We also welcome applications from people looking for evening and or weekend work
What You'll Do:
Build trusting relationships with service users
Support daily living activities and emotional well-being
Assist with care plans and risk assessments
Encourage community involvement and personal development
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliability, empathy, and a positive attitude
Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential – we provide full training
No formal qualifications necessary, however you will be required to undertake a course of study provided by the Organisation to a minimum of SVQ 2 to meet SSSC registration purposes.
