Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a multidisciplinary toxicology team, providing scientific oversight and strategic direction
* Partner closely with global clients to design, execute and interpret toxicology studies across preclinical development
* Serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations and contributing to regulatory submissions and scientific meetings
Requirements
* PhD (or equivalent) in Toxicology, Pharmacology or related bioscience field
* Extensive experience in preclinical toxicology within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment
* Proven track record of leadership
* Strong understanding of GLP and global regulatory requirements
* Exceptional communication skills and confidence engaging with clients and external partners
