What you’ll be doing
* Teaching Mathematics across KS3 and KS4, with potential for KS5
* Breaking down tricky concepts into something students can actually grasp
* Building confidence in learners who might not think Maths is “their thing”
* Using assessment to guide progress, not just tick boxes
* Contributing to a collaborative and supportive department

* UK QTS (or equivalent)
* Strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain it simply
* A calm, confident classroom presence
* Someone who can engage a mixed-ability class and keep them with you
* ECTs and experienced teachers both welcome
