Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical cover across multiple branches within the groupAct as a link between practices to help maintain high clinical standardsInduct and onboard new starters into the businessFacilitate experience days as part of the interview process for new recruitsCollaborate with the Learning & Development team to create engaging online training contentDeliver ongoing coaching and support to the Dispensing Optician team across the network
Candidate Profile
Qualified and GOC-registered Dispensing OpticianPassionate about mentoring and supporting othersConfident communicator with the ability to inspire and lead by exampleComfortable working independently across multiple locationsMust hold a full UK driving licence and be happy to travel (up to 90 minutes from Basingstoke)
