The Project Manager, will be responsible for: * Lead end-to-end delivery of lifecycle and variation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and fully compliant with HTM, HBN, CDM, and BSA 2022 requirements. * Develop and manage comprehensive project plans across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and training phases. * Coordinate asset surveys, contractor activities, and stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless FM service delivery. * Provide robust financial management and reporting, including budget tracking, reconciliations, and management information to support decision-making. * Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance, supporting ISO 14001 initiatives and ensuring accurate documentation, including O&M manuals.
