Job Description
The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Responsibilities include driving sales by analyzing the business and delivering best-in-class customer service, overseeing daily store operations (opening and closing routines, process efficiency), leveraging creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge. The role also involves talent leadership, including recruiting, training, engagement, and development.
