We are currently recruiting Team Leaders as we expand our Pizza Hut portfolio.
Reports To: Restaurant General Manager
Hours: 6 - 18 hrs per week
Position Overview:
As a Shift Leader, you are responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and motivating the team. You value collaboration and organization.
Functional Responsibilities:
* Identify and resolve workstation bottlenecks
* Ensure all products meet quality standards
* Oversee preparation of workstations for peak periods
* Follow and coach others on restaurant safety procedures
* Gather information on restaurant financial and customer metrics
* Take accountability for sales growth
Leadership Responsibilities:
* Lead by example, providing ongoing coaching to the team
* Communicate effectively with team members
* Train new employees
* Supervise team during shifts
* Handle problems efficiently
* Learn from mistakes, demonstrating a growth mindset
* Respectfully coach and direct team members

Educational & Experience Requirements:
* Experience in food retail or service industry preferred
