We are seeking an experienced and driven Care Manager to support the operational management and development of supported living services supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions and complex needs within the community. This is a key operational role requiring strong leadership, excellent understanding of CQC regulations and the ability to maintain high standards of care, compliance and service quality across supported living settings. The successful candidate will work closely with the Registered Manager and senior leadership team to ensure people are supported to live as independently as possible while receiving safe, person-centred and outcome-focused care.
