Key Responsibilities Residential Conveyancer to provide advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process via telephone, email and face-to-face meetings Residential Conveyancer working in accordance with SRA requirements and the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) Core Practice Management Standards Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders, the Land Registry and third-party solicitors Drafting, reviewing and amending all documentation supporting residential property transactions, including post-completion and registration documents Contributing to business development and relationship-building initiatives What we are looking for: Experienced Residential Conveyancer (4 years' experience) The ability to prioritise effectively, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Strong working knowledge of the CQS protocol Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive approach to managing expectations and developing relationships with referrers High attention to detail, a strong work ethic and flexibility to support departmental needs Benefits A competitive salary is offered alongside a firm-wide bonus scheme and a comprehensive benefits package.
