Sellick Partnership are looking for a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join a large local authority on a remote working basis in the Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and experienced team for a long term contract that can also pay well!
Key Responsibilities of a Commercial Contracts Lawyer:
* Drafting, negotiation and completion of commercial contracts/tender documentation
* Grant and funding agreements
* Subsidy Control
* Handling cases on public procurement
* ICT contracts and goods and services contracts
Desirable Skills and Requirements of a Commercial Contracts Lawyer:
* Previous experience handling commercial contracts
* Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
