Responsibilities
* Represent the company in sales and leasing activities and deliver exceptional client service.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, and present suitable property options.
* Work to achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics in a fast‑paced environment.
* Communicate effectively with clients and team members; negotiate terms and close deals.
* Leverage leads, market knowledge, and company resources to maximize results.
Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year sales experience in a high performing environment (Real Estate, Car sales, Recruitment, or high‑end service industry such as Cabin Crew or Luxury Retail).
* Fluent in English.
* Valid driving license.
* Proactive can‑do attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, competitive yet supportive environment.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
