You should be keen to work on a variety of projects, often award-winning, ranging from small to large scale in all areas of new build and refurb.
There is a high proportion of Chartered Engineers and excellent Chartership training is provided.

Ideas sharing is important and there are regular fortnightly CPD sessions with in house presentations and external speakers.
