Job Description The Job Mission This is a predominantly site-based role at Hinkley Point C, with candidates required to live within commutable distance of Bridgwater or be open to relocation support. You will support mechanical construction delivery across a complex nuclear site and act as a key engineering interface between contractors and design teams. Support mechanical installation activities across HVAC, pipework, or equipment systems ️ Act as a contractor-facing engineering point of contact for site queries Review mechanical drawings and layouts for constructability and site constraints Interface with engineers to resolve design and installation issues Support management of technical queries, non-conformances, and design changes Coordinate mechanical interfaces with other engineering disciplines Support installation sequencing, access planning, and site readiness activities Participate in site walkdowns, inspections, and technical discussions ️ Ensure works comply with nuclear safety, quality, and configuration requirements
