In line with business growth, a Business Development Manager is required build and develop client relationships to support the growth of the Contract Key Accounts division. There is a well established delivery team in place therefore this will be a 100% Business Development position with no delivery.
The main responsibilities include:
* Proactively sourcing and buildingrelationships with new clients to sell ITrecruitment solutions and Statements ofWork (SOW)
* Further developing relationships and cross-selling, maximising opportunities to generateadditional revenue
* Embracing a content-ledapproach to client relationships, hostingregular podcasts and webinars
* Attending networking events
* Acting as an ambassador for the brand
* Creating client proposals and presentations
* Managing the bid and tender process
* Working closely with the Key Accountscontract delivery team to ensure client needsreceive an outstanding service
* Working collaboratively with internaldepartments
Skills required:
* A proven track record in businessdevelopment within tech recruitment
* Demonstrable experience in winning large-scale accounts
* Strong knowledge of contract recruitmentprocesses
* A strong understanding of the bid and tenderprocess when working with enterprisecustomers
