My client is creating a dedicated role to accelerate growth in its healthcare washrooms business. Current healthcare turnover is extremely healthy but with clear headroom for expansion — and this role is key to unlocking it.
This is a sector-focused, specification-led position, giving you ownership of healthcare projects from early design through to completion.
Role
You’ll be responsible for securing specifications and driving projects across the healthcare sector, selling:
* Washroom cubicles
* Sanitaryware and vanity units
* Specialist HBN-compliant healthcare washrooms
* PVC interior cladding systems for healthcare environments
You’ll work closely with architects, NHS stakeholders, and main contractors such as Vinci, Kier, Morgan Sindall and IHG, managing projects end-to-end.

About You
Proven experience selling washroom, bathroom or interior products into healthcare
Comfortable navigating long project cycles and multiple stakeholders
Backgrounds of interest include washroom systems, hygienic wall cladding, sanitaryware or other interior products sold into hospitals and GP practices.
