We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Banking & Finance Lawyer (1+ PQE) to join a prestigious Global Law Firm in their Leeds office. This is the ideal role for a motivated and technically strong lawyer looking to work on complex, high‑profile transactions within a dynamic, supportive, and highly regarded team.
The Role
In this role, you will be involved in a wide range of banking and finance work, advising both domestic and international clients on matters including corporate lending, acquisition finance, real‑estate finance, restructuring, and insolvency. You will work closely with senior lawyers and partners, offering you the chance to gain invaluable experience while developing your expertise in this thriving sector.

About You
* 1+ PQE in banking and finance law (although we’re happy to consider candidates with more experience).
