Do you have a passion for Growth Marketing? If you're a technical marketing expert in lead generation, data management, and direct response strategies, we want to speak with you. AXA Health are looking for someone to deliver direct response performance marketing activity, through effective and efficient planning and implementation to acquire new customers, contributing to profitable growth and the achievement of Individual sales plans and targets.
You'll manage campaigns across channels including paid search, paid social media, display, video, while ensuring continual optimisation for conversion. Adopting a test and learn approach, you'll explore new direct response channels and find new ways to drive leads on a longer-term basis.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at our Tunbridge Wells office, visiting clients or attending industry events.

What you'll be doing:
• Plan and implement direct response acquisition activity to achieve lead and sales targets.
• Adopt a test and learn approach to explore new direct response channels and find new ways to drive leads on a longer-term basis. Manage agency relationships and work with internal stakeholders to build annual lead generation plans and implement.
• Develop forecasts for acquisition activity across all channels to drive cost efficiencies and lead quality.
• Establish requirements for, and create where possible, actionable MI and reporting to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of plans, activity and channels to optimise lead generation activity.
• Establish positive and productive cross departmental, company and group relationships with all relevant areas.
• Ensure all processes and activities maintain AXA policies regarding regulatory and compliance requirements, business continuity and financial integrity.
• Manage all plans and activity effectively within allocated budgets ensuring prioritisation of resources to agreed strategy.

What you'll bring:
• Significant technical marketing expertise in lead generation, data management, and analytical skills, working to cost per acquisition metrics - essential.
• Demonstratable experience and background in direct response strategy, planning and implementation - essential.
• Strong budget and supplier management, with firm understanding of direct response KPIs.
• Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build a network of contacts, both internally and externally.
• Strong commercial and strategic awareness with solid understanding of the individual environment and audience.
• Knowledge of the range of health insurance and health services products available both from AXA Health and in the marketplace with an understanding and experience of multi-channel distribution environments.
• Energetic, driven, motivated and target orientated, with a focus on continuous improvement.
