As Corporate Benefits Technician, you will be focused on supporting their corporate clients and the IFAs who service them. This will be primarily focused on automatic enrolment and group risk products. Your duties will include:
* Evaluating pension arrangements and ensure they are in line with automatic enrolment compliance
* Arranging calls between scheme, payroll providers and clients where required
* Overseeing member communications
* Ensuring group risk products remain suitable through researching the whole of market
* Supporting client queries
* Providing technical support to the Corporate Benefit Advisers as part of the recommendation process
