About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Paid Search Manager to take ownership of our paid search campaigns across multiple platforms.
This role is ideal for a performance-driven professional who can manage accounts with little to minimal supervision and is eager to step up into a more senior position within 6 to 12 months.
You will play a crucial role in the growth of our growing client base by optimising campaigns and leading performance marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Independently manage Google Ads, Google Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns to maximize efficiency and profitability.
* Oversee and optimise paid search and paid social accounts, ensuring KPIs, CPL and ROAS targets are met.
* Implement and refine bidding strategies, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
* Analyse and report on campaign performance using Google Ads reporting, meta Ads reporting, GA4 and Supermetrics to provide actionable insights.
* Identify growth opportunities and proactively test new strategies to improve performance.
* Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to enhance conversion rate.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep campaigns competitive.
* Lead and mentor a junior PPC team member/s, providing guidance and performance feedback.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media strategies with broader marketing objectives.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of hands-on paid search experience managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns with a strong focus on Google Search, Google Shopping and Performance Max.
* Proficient in GA4 with the ability to analyse data and generate insights.
* Proven ability to manage accounts independently and make data-driven decisions.
* Strong knowledge of keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid strategies.
* Experience working with feed management tools and optimising product listings.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Leadership experience or willingness to mentor and train a junior team member.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to present insights to clients and key internal stakeholders.
