We are now very excited to hire a new Marketing Manager who will play an important role in leading and supporting our marketing team, overseeing members across digital marketing, content, data & insights and SEO. What will you be doing? Day-to-day management of the Marketing Team, ensuring collaboration and effective delivery across all marketing functions. Represent the marketing function and Phoenix at internal and external meetings, presentations, and events, demonstrating professionalism, confidence, and strategic insight. Collaborate with senior leaders and partners to provide input and support in strategic business decisions, leveraging marketing expertise to drive growth and innovation. Play a key role in strategic team decisions, optimising marketing strategies, campaign effectiveness, and operational efficiency. Lead or support recruitment efforts within the marketing team to attract and retain top talent. Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting communication, creativity, and continuous improvement. Act as a mentor and role model, holding yourself and the team to high standards of performance and behaviour. Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline workflows and maximise efficiency within the Marketing Team. Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights for optimisation and growth. The right person for this role will be an experienced marketing generalist with a strong emphasis on digital marketing, you will have proven experience leading a multi-disciplined marketing team and be able to showcase fantastic people management skills. Our HQ is in Pocklington (YO42) and this role will be performed on a hybrid basis with 2-3 days p/w in the office. How many interviews?
