We are representing a fast-growing, design-led performance apparel brand based in Liverpool who are looking for a Junior Merchandiser to join a growing team!

Role Overview
Reporting into the Senior Merchandiser, you will play a key role in driving departmental performance through planning, analysis, range building and trading. You will operate with real accountability, influencing stock decisions, managing risk and identifying opportunities to maximise sales and margin.
This is a commercially focused role in a fast-moving, product-led environment where decisions need to be data-driven and timely.
Responsibilities of the Junior Merchandiser:
* Own weekly trading analysis and KPI reporting
* Manage WSSI, forecasting demand, OTB and margin
* Identify product level risks and opportunities, making clear recommendations
* Support range building and product selection with design and product teams
* Raise purchase orders and manage critical path to ensure on-time delivery
* Deliver seasonal analysis to inform future strategy
Key Skills and Experience of the Junior Merchandiser:
* Experience in fashion or sportswear merchandising at Assistant or Junior level
* Strong analytical skills with good Excel capability
* Commercially aware and confident making data-led decisions
* Organised with strong attention to detail
* Clear communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally
* Passion for product and motivated by growth
* Sportswear or performance apparel experience is advantageous.
