About The Role
Role: Foreman
Location: Enniskillen
Contract: Permanent
GRAHAM are undertaking an ambitious multimillion pound Passivhaus leisure project in Enniskillen and we are seeking a skilled and proactive Foreman to further strengthen our team.
This role is central to the successful delivery of site operations, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. The successful candidate will supervise daily site activities, coordinate labour and subcontractors, and support the site management team in driving programme, quality, and safety across the project
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and coordinate all onsite construction activities, ensuring work is completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and project programme.
2. Manage and oversee a range of trades, including groundwork, concrete works, structural elements, carpentry, steelwork, and general building tasks.
3. Monitor progress on site and support the site management team with planning, sequencing, and problem-solving to maintain programme targets.
4. Carry out daily inspections to ensure high‑quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.
5. Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring all operatives work safely and that site conditions are maintained to a high standard.
6. Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring tasks are clearly communicated and delivered effectively.
7. Identify and raise any issues or conflicts at the earliest opportunity, working collaboratively to find solutions.
8. Assist with the organisation of materials, plant, and equipment to ensure smooth site operations.
9. Support quality assurance processes, including inspections, snagging, and preparation for key project milestones.
10. Provide regular updates and progress reports to the Site Manager or Project Manager.

Essential Criteria
11. Proven experience working as a Foreman in the construction sector – Ideally with a Tier 1
12. Strong technical knowledge across general building trades and site operations.
13. Ability to coordinate labour and subcontractors effectively.
14. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
15. Demonstrated commitment to health and safety standards and safe site practices.
16. Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
17. CSR/SAFEPASS/CSCS Card.
18. Health & Safety induction including Management system training.
Desirable Criteria
19. Relevant construction or site management qualifications.
20. Experience delivering leisure or large‑scale building projects.
21. An understanding or exposure to Passivhaus projects.
22. First Aid certification.
23. Temporary Works Supervisor training.
24. Experience with digital site management tools and reporting systems.
