Job Title: Assistant Manager

Salary: GBP25,642.50 per annum

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
1. Staff management, including gaining full knowledge of products and services, controlling branch standards, and effectively managing the sales floor
2. Acting as an integral part of the store's management team, with key holder responsibilities, ensuring the team operates in a positive and productive environment
3. Effective people management following company procedures
About You
Experience and Occupational Certifications
* You will have experience at a similar level, ideally within retail sales
* Previous direct customer contact is essential
Personal Profile
* Ability to manage people and delegate effectively
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Flexible regarding working hours and trading days
* Friendly nature, able to get along with people at all levels
* Contribute positively to team objectives
