About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead and inspire the care team, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care and regulatory compliance. You will oversee the day-to-day running of the home, manage budgets and staffing, and continue to drive improvement and excellence in all aspects of service delivery.
