You will need working knowledge of the systems we use and have strong leadership and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders that often have competing priorities.

Responsible for the operational management of the HR Systems and Rostering Team.
To pro-actively identify areas of improvement to the existing Workforce Systems and processes.
To act as a lead specialist advisor on all workforce systems to all users particularly on ESR, E-Rostering, Job Planning and CIS.
To work with the Head of Service to analyse how the workforce systems can be used to align/integrate with the output of highly complex business processes.
To support with Trust Workforce Objectives in relations to sustainability plans, implementation of E-Rostering and E-Job Planning and the readiness assessments for ESR developments.
