This is an excellent opportunity for a temporary experienced Customer Service Advisor, Caseworker, Support Officer, or Administrator looking to work within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Process applications using CRM and case management system
* Contact customers via phone, email, and written correspondence
* Provide excellent customer service and accurate case updates
* Maintain accurate records in line with GDPR and data protection standards
* Work collaboratively within a busy customer-focused environment
* Support service delivery, office coverage, and new process implementation
Essential Skills & Experience
* Experience working as a Customer Service Advisor, Caseworker, Support Officer, or within a customer-focused role
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Experience using CRM or case management systems
* Ability to assess information and make accurate decisions
* Strong administration and organisational skills
* Ability to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping abilities
Working hours
1. Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
