Healthcare Assistant (Mental Health) We are looking for a kind, compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our small, supportive mental health care team. This is a full-time position (38.5 hours per week) in a setting where relationships matter, teamwork is strong, and care is genuinely person-centred. Youll be part of a close-knit team that values empathy, respect, and making a real difference in peoples lives. The Role You will support adults living with a range of mental health and neurological conditions, including: Bipolar Disorder Schizophrenia Personality Disorders Acquired Brain Injury Dementia Your work will help individuals maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life in a safe and supportive environment.
