We are recruiting a Trainee Vehicle Decal Technician on behalf of our client, a respected automotive company based in Long Bennington, near Newark.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career within the automotive and vehicle graphics industry. Full training will be provided, working alongside experienced technicians to learn how to apply vehicle decals and vinyl graphics to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist with the application of vehicle decals and vinyl graphics
2. Learn how to prepare vehicle surfaces prior to decal application
3. Support measuring, trimming, and positioning decals accurately
4. Help ensure a high-quality finish with attention to detail
5. Maintain a clean, safe working environment
6. Follow company processes and health & safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
7. A keen interest in vehicles, graphics, or hands-on technical work
8. Willingness to learn and develop new skills
9. Good attention to detail and a quality-focused approach
10. Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
11. Reliable, punctual, and motivated
12. Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences
