Role Overview We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Senior Account Manager / Client Lead to manage tier 1 and 2 brand partnerships, primarily focused on Amazon Retail. You’ll work closely with senior client stakeholders, aligning our solutions with their goals and delivering measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Build and manage strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact Develop and execute strategic growth plans across Amazon and other marketplaces Analyse performance data to generate insights and identify opportunities Oversee campaign execution with cross-functional internal teams Lead regular business reviews and present results to senior stakeholders Mentor junior team members and support their development Troubleshoot and proactively resolve client challenges About You 5 years of client management experience, ideally in eCommerce or retail media Strong commercial acumen and experience working with C-level stakeholders Deep understanding of Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, and retail media platforms Highly data-driven with strong analytical skills Confident communicator, skilled at simplifying complex insights Motivated, positive, and collaborative team player Agency or digital marketing background is a plus If you're passionate about eCommerce, media, and working in a high-growth environment, we’d love to hear from you.
