About the Role This is a high-impact opportunity for a driven Business Analyst to join a fast-paced change team within the Payments Acquiring division - a function that underpins payments processing for nearly a third of the UK high street. Sitting within the Change-The-Bank (CTB) team, you'll play a key role in delivering payment solutions that support the organisation's strategic roadmap and directly influence how customers and merchants transact every day. You'll be part of a business-critical programme focused on enhancing payment infrastructure, driving innovation, and maintaining the highest standards of compliance and risk governance. What You'll Be Doing Lead the analysis and requirement gathering for small projects or individual workstreams on large programmes. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable solutions. Present options and recommendations that drive innovation while aligning with strategic delivery targets. Ensure all requirements are captured, documented, and signed off in line with governance standards. Operate within Agile or Waterfall delivery models, depending on project needs. Work cross-functionally with developers, testers, and product teams to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose and delivered on time. What You'll Bring Strong business analysis background with experience working in cross-functional project teams. Ability to interpret data, spot patterns, and confidently communicate findings and recommendations. Familiarity with APIs, data transfers, and cloud-based applications. Deep understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and traditional SDLC methodologies. Excellent communication and influencing skills - able to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
