Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to one individual in need of assistance with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidate will have a gentle and sensitive nature with a keen ability to provide reassurance to the individual in need
Responsibilities
* Assist client by heating meals and providing them to him.
* Ensure at all times that the home environment of the client is quiet and peaceful.
* Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for the clients.
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
* Document client progress and report any changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
* Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients, families, and team members.
* A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
* Flexibility to work various shifts as required by client needs although the days of work will be set for the initial few weeks/months.
