This is a role as a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, where you will help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. You will assist with daily living, providing support and companionship, and sharing great moments and memories with the residents. As a Care Assistant, you will help residents with their daily living, providing support and companionship, and ensuring they receive the highest standard of care. Your responsibilities may include supporting residents with their food and drink, following care plans, and ensuring each resident has one-on-one time. You will need experience in caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach.
