Contract: Full-time, long-term placement
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30 - 15.30

A welcoming secondary school in Derby (DE21) is seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their supportive team. Role Responsibilities:
Delivering pre-planned lessons in line with the curriculum.
Providing targeted interventions for individuals and small groups.
Supporting positive behaviour, focus, and engagement in lessons.
Covering classes to ensure continuity of learning.
Working collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, and wider pastoral tea What We're Looking For:
Ideally, a HLTA qualification (or equivalent secondary experience).
Confident supporting KS3/KS4 pupils.
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
