Payroll Delivery Coordinator - 9 Month FTC

We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Delivery Coordinator to join our Central UK Payroll team. This is a key role supporting the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services across the business, ensuring a high-quality experience for employees and stakeholders.

The Role
You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth processing of the fortnightly payroll, supporting a wide range of activities from data input and payments to query resolution and compliance. Working closely with payroll colleagues, People & Culture teams, finance, and third-party providers, you will help maintain accuracy, efficiency, and strong service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the end-to-end processing of fortnightly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Administer payroll queries via shared mailboxes, delivering a high standard of customer service
* Process new starters, payments, overpayments, and payroll adjustments
* Support the mobilisation of new contracts, including TUPE transfers
* Assist with compliance and audit requirements, ensuring GDPR standards are maintained
* Process sick pay, bonus payments, and other payroll inputs
* Provide support to the Payroll Delivery Team Leader during key payroll cycles

* Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
* Confident using Excel, Outlook, and payroll systems
* Well organised, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
* Understanding of GDPR and handling sensitive data
* A collaborative team player who can also work independently
* Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
