Being active in the community has really helped everyone grow in confidence, make new friends, and enjoy life more. We love getting out and about! Walks in the park, nature trails, and visits to sensory rooms are some of our favourite things to do—they help us relax, have fun, and stay active. We enjoy going shopping, especially when we get to pick out our favourite snacks. We also like joining in with local events around Wigan whenever we can. We’re proud of how far we’ve come and excited to keep building our independence and life skills. When it comes to getting around, we usually travel by car, but we’re also happy to use the bus or a taxi.
