We are partnering with a premier, PE-backed international property services group (HQ in Holborn & Richmond). They are a powerhouse in the residential sector and a key player within an ambitious global collective. As the business embarks on its "Vision 2025+" growth strategy, they are seeking a heavy-hitting Director of Sales to lead the charge.
This organisation specialises in a comprehensive range of residential services, including insurance broking, surveying, and professional consultancy. Operating from multiple locations across England, they offer the scale of a market leader with the agility of a growth-focused enterprise.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Executive Director, you will be a critical member of the Senior Management Team, responsible for delivering sustained, scalable organic growth. This is a pivotal role for someone who wants to own the end-to-end sales strategy and build a disciplined, high-performance sales culture.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Execution: Deliver a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with long-term business goals and organic growth KPIs.
Leadership: Lead and develop the sales team, setting clear objectives and performance targets.
Commercial Rigour: Partner with Finance and Operations to ensure pricing and contract terms support sustainable margins.
Forecasting and Insight: Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline visibility to the CEO and Group leadership.
Market Expansion: Identify and build relationships with key partners and stakeholders to increase market penetration.
Organisational Growth: Build, retain, and restructure the sales organisation to ensure capability and performance at every level.
The Ideal Profile
We are looking for a results-driven leader who excels in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments. While property sector experience is useful, we are primarily interested in your ability to scale sales functions and drive commercial impact regardless of your industry background.
Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in a senior sales leadership roles
Track Record: Proven ability to drive organic growth and achieve exacting targets in complex circumstances.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
Analytical Mindset: Expert at using data and market insights to drive decision-making and strategy.
Adaptability: Comfortable operating with investor-level scrutiny and a continuous improvement mindset.
Requirements: Must drive & be able to access all offices (predominantly in the South of England) (All expenses paid)
