Job Description
3. Oversee and manage the office
4. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
5. Manage agendas, appointments and meetings
6. Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new materials with attention to budgetary constraints
7. Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
8. Liaising with the travel agency
9. Diary management to the Operations Manager
10. Keep abreast with all organisational changes and business developments
11. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
12. Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
The Successful Applicant
A successful Office Manager should have:
13. Proven experience as an office manager or administrative assistant
14. Outstanding organisational and leadership abilities
15. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
16. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
17. Drive and energy!!!
