This role is all about proactive communication and building strong working relationships that keep cash flowing. Engage with customers before payments become due Follow up late payments and flag delays to the Commercial Manager Resolve queries quickly and professionally Ensure accurate records and consistent follow-up Support the Senior Credit Controller, including processing Direct Debits when needed About YouYou’ve already built up a solid foundation in credit control and are confident in keeping things organised, professional and on track. Experience in a similar role Strong communication and organisation skills Able to manage deadlines without compromising accuracy Motivated, reliable and comfortable working independently Confident using basic computer systems Not sure if you tick every box?
