Our client is a large accountancy firm seeking a qualified tax professional (ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent) to join their employer solutions team to lead and manage client relationships, analyse client business priorities and advise owner-managers on key matters. In addition you will be responsible for overseeing engagements and standards, assisting with consultancy and business development and managing salary exchange, IR35, benefits, CIS, and remuneration.The ideal candidate with have Employment Taxes experience at Manager level, strong business development skills and the ability to manage complex engagements.The firm has excellent prospects for personal and professional development with dedicated career pathways, mentoring, learning programmes, and development opportunities to advance your expertise and leadership potential.
