Overview

Join to apply for the Accommodation Productivity Manager role at TieTalent. Based at Bognor Regis, England, United Kingdom. You will be part of the Accommodation & Guest Services department, focusing on leading the accommodation planning journey to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time to deliver a great guest experience.


Responsibilities

* Analyse guest volumes and ensure staffing levels are aligned to plan, providing an amazing guest experience.
* Lead the guest unit allocation process end-to-end, including rostering and capacity planning to meet occupancy KPIs.
* Manage stock within the department, including expenditure and delivery/measurement of the Clean & Fault Free program (CAFF).
* Oversee the linen warehouse, resort post process, carpet cleaning, and staff on the accommodation late shift.
* Collaborate closely with the wider Guest Services & Accommodation Team to proactively address issues and improve guest experience.
* Deliver the "Right People Right Place Right Time" project, cover sickness/absence reporting, and plan rosters at least 3 weeks in advance.
* Minimise off-sale units in line with commercial goals and be responsible for all unit allocations.
* Perform Duty Resort Management shifts on a rota basis to support incident resolution across departments.
* Maintain a focus on guest experience and be adaptable, thinking on your feet to respond to changing circumstances.


About You

* Experience in a similar role providing operation data and insight to inform business decisions.
* Excellent Excel and data skills; experience in stock/inventory management and in managing rotas based on demand forecasts.
* Passionate about leading and developing a team, with regular 121s and coaching to support development and career progression.
* Strong communication skills and ability to adapt communication style to different situations; able to manage multiple priorities and lead/coach a team, even in high-demand periods.
* Commitment to delivering an amazing guest experience and seeking opportunities to improve it.
