Maintain employee files, onboarding documentation, and time & attendance records
Assist with contract preparation, visa documentation, and work permit processes
Coordinate daily office and facility admin needs (e.g., Support warehouse HR with leave tracking, scheduling, and internal communication
1 year+ of admin or office coordination experience (logistics/warehouse preferred)
~ Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information
~ Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
~ Work directly with a hands-on, supportive manager
