Daily Duties
* Lead projects through all design stages, from concept to completion
* Coordinate project teams, including internal staff and external consultants
* Produce, review, and approve technical drawings and documentation
* Conduct site visits and oversee construction to ensure design quality
* Monitor project schedules, budgets, and financial performance
* Engage with clients, present proposals, and respond to feedback
* Mentor and support junior team members
* Ensure compliance with planning, building regulations, health and safety, and sustainability standards
* Contribute to bids, tenders, and proposals
* Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and consultants
Ideal Candidate
* ARB:registered architect with extensive post:Part 3 experience
* Experience in Commercial, Life Science, and Health sectors
* Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion
* Strong technical expertise in detailing, drawing, specifications, and documentation
* Excellent organisational, leadership, and team management skills
* Proficient in relevant design software and UK regulations
* Effective communicator with experience coordinating clients and multi:disciplinary teams
* Proactive, commercially minded, and solution:oriented
* Experienced in mentoring junior staff and delivering projects on time and within budget
