You’ll play a key part in delivering high-impact projects and be given the autonomy to manage key aspects from initiation to completion. If you’re looking for a role that is both technically stimulating and professionally rewarding, this could be the perfect next step.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collating and analysing scheme information
* Identifying data gaps and managing data rectification
* Running calculations using GMPe workbooks and interpreting results
* Producing and issuing project reports and trustee updates
* Leading and managing end-to-end project delivery
Data Cleanse / Rectification
* Updating data in line with The Pensions Regulator’s Common and Conditional data standards
* Performing and verifying benefit calculations for rectification exercises
* Leading full project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Wider Project Work:
Alongside GMP Equalisation and Rectification, you’ll support other high-value projects such as:
* Buy-ins and buy-outs
* Scheme wind-ups
* Scheme implementation
* Automation of calculations for larger schemes
* Strong background in pensions administration or consulting
Experience Required:
* Strong background in pensions administration or consulting
* In-depth knowledge of GMP equalisation processes
* Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
* Proficiency with Excel and pensions calculation tools/workbooks
