We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Operations Supervisor.
Working hours: 40 per week
Shift: Monday to Friday 22:30-07:00
Salary: £15.86 per hour. Premia paid for hours worked between 7pm - 10pm(£1.70 per hour), and 10pm - 6am(£2.06 per hour).

What You Will Be Doing
* Supervising a team of operatives and drivers
* Making sure all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently
* Planning and taking action to achieve service levels targets
* Educating your team on business goals and service objectives
* Making sure your team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift
What Do You Bring With You
* Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment is desirable
* Ability to manage own and teams time effectively with attention to detail
* Be energetic and enthusiastic
* Have a strong customer focus
* Have good communication skills
