We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy or Restaurant Manager to lead our team and maintain the highest standards of hospitality.
The restaurant is open in the evenings! This means you will be working the majority of shifts during the day. There could be several shifts a week in the evening when we have large events, especially during the peak of event season.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service in a high-volume environment.
* Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver a world-class guest experience.
* Maintain and improve service standards while driving efficiency and profitability.
* Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between FOH and BOH.
* Manage staffing levels, rotas, and recruitment to ensure smooth service.
* Handle guest feedback professionally, maintaining a strong brand reputation.
* Monitor financial performance, including sales targets, cost control, and P&L analysis.
* Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
* Drive marketing initiatives and partnerships to enhance visibility and footfall.
* Represent both Benugo and the Ashmolean with pride and positivity.
