What you’ll need to succeed
* At least eight years’ experience within a UK structural engineering consultancy.
* Strong proficiency in 3D design (Tekla essential; Revit experience advantageous).
* Chartered status with IStructE or ICE.
* Degree-qualified (MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering, or equivalent).
* Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
* A proactive, collaborative approach with strong problem-solving ability.
