Youll assist in the delivery of a broad range of services to some of our most vulnerable customers across our Daventry district, using your practical knowledge and problem-solving to provide a customer-focussed approach.
Youll be looking for real variety in your role; interacting with our customers, external agencies and partners, your team and the wider business, as well as signposting customers to appropriate support services.
Youll also be looking for a challenge which will put your knowledge of housing law and customer focus to excellent use when dealing with anti-social behaviour, tenancy issues, property viewings and sign-ups with new customers.
