We are seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Site Supervisor to join our busy and dedicated team. Whitworth Community High School, is a small, inclusive, successful and happy school situated in a semi-rural location between Lancashire and Rochdale.
What are we looking for?
We are seeking to appoint a Site Manager for our busy school. This is an exciting opportunity and requires someone who can :-
* With limited supervision identify and prioritise maintenance requirements
* Undertake when appropriate, and prepare work programmes.
* Assist the school's Health and Safety Officer for site related matters
* Ensuring that the school runs smoothly by carrying out a range of caretaking duties including security and supervision of the site, porterage, maintenance, monitoring compliance of cleaning contract/Service Level Agreements and Building Projects etc with the relevant contractors.
