Are you an experienced and passionate early years professional looking to inspire the next generation of Early Years Practitioners or nursery assistants?
Worthing College is seeking a Lecturer in this essential field to join our fantastic faculty and help shape our students’ future careers.
As a Lecturer in Early Years, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning to our engaged students. Your expertise and enthusiasm will ignite their passion for the Early Years sector, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in this essential and important industry.
You will require a Level 3 qualification in a related subject and English and Maths at Level 2. Assessor and Teaching qualifications are also desirable.
