Experience within Financial Services, public sector or charities would be ideal in this role. Essential experience required: Extensive HR generalist experience at a senior level Proven ability to lead projects and coach HR and L&D professionals. Easily manage multiple priorities with strong planning and organisational skills Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
